In 1928 Norman Loudon acquired the estate.  He was a digicam producer but also produced a small fortune advertising 'flicker' publications that gave an perception of movement  when flicked with a thumb.  His ambitions were relatively better even so and in 1932 he founded Seem City Film Manufacturing and Recording Studios.  Two stages ha
